It’s good to be Dak Prescott.
And it’s also good to be his teammate.
The Dallas Cowboys quarterback recently gifted each of his teammates with new Air Jordan XI Retro “Cool Gray” shoes.
The shoes, which didn’t officially release until Saturday, will retail for around $225, according to Nike.com.
That’s over $12,000 in total for over 50 pairs of Nike.
Each pair of sneakers came with a note from Prescott, which read, “Thank you for you this holiday season.”
Prescott signed a massive endorsement deal with the sneaker giant in June.
“Yeah, guys all love Jordans.” Prescott said after practice Thursday. “Obviously you see them when we show up to games and get on the plane. [There are] a lot of sneakerheads on the team. I knew the Cool Gray 11s were something guys would want or enjoy if they got their hands on them [them]. I was lucky that Jumpman and the Jordan brand were going to let me do it. Just an early Christmas present.
The Cowboys (8-4) take on the Washington Football Team (6-6) Sunday noon at FedEx Field.
Cowboys linebacker Jabril Cox posted a video of himself opening the giveaway on social media.
“Bless you 4Dak,” Cox said in the video.
