The Illinois State Soccer Program has announced a partnership with Nike Soccer Camps and will host a College Women’s ID Soccer Camp on January 30, 2022 from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
SAN RAFAEL, Calif., December 9, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ — The Illinois State Soccer Program announced a partnership with Nike Soccer Camps and will host a College Women’s ID Soccer Camp on January 30, 2022 of 3:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m.
COLLEGE FEMALE IDENTITY SOCCER CAMP
WHEN: Sunday January 30 of 3:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m.
WHO: 13-18 years old
WHERE: Game Time Gym indoor court, Bloomington, Ill.
The camp will include instructions from the Head Coach Brad Silvey and assistant coaches Rhianna Krutz and Ali Hanif. In addition, there will be elite technical training, small-scale matches, scrimmages Campers will also have the opportunity to visit state of illinois campuses and facilities.
The ID clinic is designed specifically for players and future student-athletes who are strongly considering playing soccer at the college level. Participants will be exposed to a stimulating training environment, similar to that of a Division I women’s soccer program. This clinic will test technical skills, knowledge and physique in the game of soccer. Participants will complete an extended training session, compete in small-scale and 11v11 scrums, and receive an overview of preparations before a Division I collegiate contest. All instructions will come from the state of illinois female soccer coaching staff. It will also be possible to visit the campus. T-shirt offered to each participant. Registrations will end as soon as the ID Camp cap is reached, at 30 registrations.
In addition to January 30 ID Camp, the state of illinois football program and Nike Soccer Camps will run programs throughout the year, including several summer camp offerings.
