Nike app not working after Travis Scott releases new shoe

Travis Scott’s new shoe, the Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG Mocha, has been driving the internet crazy. The sneakers dropped on Saturday (May 11), and apparently they’re a very hot ticket. Fans trying to purchase the new kicks from the Nike SNKRS app have encountered issues and they are ringing off social media.

Scott’s new Nike collab is $175. People are more than willing to pay the fee, but have had big problems trying to give Nike their money. “Damn @trvisXX has to give it up to you. This will probably be shoe of the year and it would have been dope to buy such art especially being a big fan of yours,” one person tweeted. “Too bad the @Nike app is still working. RT if you felt it.”

Others weren’t so cold in the face of the circumstances. “I’m fucking sexy,” added another Twitter user. “For 30 minutes the @nike app wouldn’t accept my payment, then the app crashes and now it’s sold out.”

Sneakerheads and fans of the Astromonde rappers feel the pain. “It sucks to have the money to buy this shit and I can’t say the Nike app isn’t your fault, hope you see this shit,” someone else noted .
